Baking Success

As part of the Duke of Edinburgh Skills Award, Class 30 have been developing their cooking and independence skills by making traditional soda bread. The pupils carefully measured ingredients, followed instructions, and practised important food hygiene and kitchen safety skills throughout the session.

The cookery room was filled with the amazing smell of freshly baked bread, and everyone was proud of the fantastic loaves they created. Well done, Class 30!
