Elephant Painting

Over the last couple of weeks Class 2's sensory story has been 'Elmer's weather'. The pupils have enjoyed engaging with all of the props from the story, such as the bubbles in the wind, the spray bottle for the rain, cotton wool balls for the clouds and their favourite is the parachute for the rainbow, while they sing the colours of the rainbow.

As an activity during the Engage and Explore session, the pupils enjoyed using a communication board to choose the colours they wanted to use to paint their own Elmer. Everyone is so proud of the pupils for waiting their turn and using the communication boards. Well done Class 2.
