Spanish Food Tasting

This week in Class 30 we explored some Spanish cuisine as part of our ASDAN accreditation. We went to the shops to buy ingredients then followed a recipe to make a traditional Spanish tortilla! It took quite a while to make but it was worth it in the end. We also had some tapas to go with it that included Spanish olives, meats and cheese. The cheese was particularly tasty!
