Making Ice Cream with Class 12

Making ice cream!

Class 12 have been enjoying the lovely summer weather this week. We decided it would be a good time to practice our cooking skills.

We went to Morrisons and bought the different ingredients we would need to make ice cream. We then worked together to pour the ingredients into the bowl, whisk them all together until the mixture had thickened and pour it into a container that we could put into the freezer.

After waiting a couple of days for it to freeze, we enjoyed eating up the ice cream.
