We All Go Travelling By!

To introduce our new topic "Land, Sea and Air", we spent the first 2 weeks reading "We All Go Travelling By" and "The Journey Home from Grandpa’s". We explored different forms of transport on land, on water and in the air within the story and within provision. We enjoyed turn-taking games making the cars go down the ramp and playing with the car garage. We loved exploring tuff trays linked to the stories. We explored identifying different transport sounds we could hear, designed our own paper plate cars and completed transport puzzles.
