Class 30 loved making healthy pizzas in cooking. We made pizza bases from scratch using just flour, Greek yoghurt and baking powder. We then rolled out the dough and added our toppings, some of us kept it simple and stuck to classic cheese and tomato whilst others chopped up some mushrooms and Italian meats. They were a big success and didn’t last long once they were out the oven!
