Class 18 Make Blueberry Scones

Class 18 have been learning about healthy eating. In Cooking, we made blueberry scones and talked about all of the ingredients that go into making a scone. We enjoyed using our fingers to crumble together the flour and butter, and we liked kneading the dough onto the table before cutting out our scone shapes. For some of us, this was our first time trying blueberries!
