Annual Big Sign and Sing

On Wednesday 8th of February, Classes 30 and 33 had an amazing time attending the annual Big Sign and Sing event by Durham Music Service. We took the school minibus to Stanley Civic Theatre where we took part in a workshop to learn three new songs. We learned the lyrics as well as the signs and it was great fun joining in with lots of other schools to perform the songs as a group! In the afternoon there was a performance by a live band so we got to hear lots of different instruments performed by professional musicians. They even played the songs we had learned in the morning so we could sing along with a live band!
