Thomas Bewick School Awards Evening

On Tuesday 29th November, we held our Awards Evening for those in Post 16 and our school leavers to celebrate their accreditations and achievements at Thomas Bewick School. Lead by Headteacher Daley Barber-Allen, alongside Family Liaison Officer Beth and Post 16 Teacher Stewart, different elements of the curriculum were highlighted, and each student and previous student in attendance came up to receive their record of achievement. Some of our current Post 16 students catered the event with food and refreshments as part of their Billy Buzz Catering venture. We also had past and present pupils talk about their current placements and career interests, alongside a talk from the Hextol Foundation on the work they do with our pupils, past pupils, and the community.
