Colour Explosion Fun!

Have we only been back a week?! You wouldn’t think it with the amount Class 15 have done already. Our focus this week has been on colour mixing and boy have we enjoyed it! We have read the story The Colour Monster understanding the link between colours and emotions. This then led to us creating our own large scale colour monster which we splatted with colour to show our feelings. We have taken part in lots of experiments- one made us all gasp when we noticed the fizzing bubbles explode, and the other allowed us to slowly watch water transform into a rainbow! We’ve squeezed colour liquid up through pipettes, mixed primary colours together to see which secondary colours could be made and much much more!
