It is Parent’s Mental Health Day on the 27th January 2023 and Annalisa from our Speech and Language team has put a list together of contacts who provide support for families with a focus on parent’s wellbeing and their own engagement with services.

Here is a list of support available for parents, carers, and family of children with learning disabilities as we would like to take some time to focus on you and your wellbeing. It is so important that your voices are heard, supported, and understood. It can be tricky finding the right support available in your local area, but hopefully some of these signposts can help!
